You will pick a package that best suits your needs. You'll sign an engagement letter that spells out precisely what you can expect from us. Then, we begin the onboarding process and gather all the necessary documents to get started.
We are a client-centric business, meaning your satisfaction with our services is our first and foremost goal. If you aren't satisfied, you won't want to work with us any longer, and we'll be out of business. So with that in mind, we priced our services for the company that want premium bookkeeping services.
Pricing for our services isn't one size fits all. Each potential client's needs differ, so the pricing should fit each client precisely.
We find the appropriate rate after having a thorough discovery call where we speak specifically about your business, services needed, your monthly volume, complexity, number of income sources, and other factors.
We are completely upfront and transparent about the cost of the service.
If we are only working on a one-time basis, 50% of the fee is required before work starts, and the remaining 50% is needed shortly before services are complete.
We accept ACH and credit card payments.
We offer three bookkeeping packages to our clients: Basic, Standard & Premium. Most of our clients choose the Standard Package. This package allows us to take a lot of duties off your plate but still keeps your hand in your QuickBooks file.
