It does not have to be an overwhelming task to maintain your books. Our DIY bookkeeping package may be just what you need to feel empowered if you are just getting started or have already begun and are in over your head and overwhelmed.   

I'm here to help. You will gain the confidence to begin or move forward with your accounting systems. These systems include accounts receivable, accounts payable, QuickBooks payroll, and more. Based on your goals and pain points, I will create a customized set of tasks and systems to help you take control of your bookkeeping. In addition, we will cover accounting basics and how to interpret your financial statements.   

To understand how to use QuickBooks Online most effectively, we will hold training calls via Zoom based on your needs and skills. Finally, I will recommend a set of apps that integrate well with QuickBooks and save you time and effort.   

In the end, we want you to feel confident about your accounting file and be able to make money-making decisions for your business. 

Would you consider yourself a "set-it-and-forget-it" kind of person? Yet, knowing your skills and maximizing their use outside the office is critical for your business progression.   

You can rely on me to review and diagnose your books, clean them, and ensure they're up to date if necessary. After that, I'll take over the monthly bookkeeping, so you don't have to do it. That way, you can concentrate on your primary tasks.   

We will schedule a monthly or quarterly check-in call or email per your needs. Your package will determine how much or how little we do for you. Our only requirement is that you invoice your clients. See the "How We Work" section for a breakdown of our packages.

If you're local to the Tri-Cities, Washington, we also do in-office visits for office management services. This can range from setting up procedures for accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), reconciliations, and month and quarter-end closings.
